Desiar (pronounced Des-E-air) started out in 2008 as an eyewear brand that was custom made for a select few individuals until 2010. Since then, the Desiar brand has evolved into the brand of the ‘Individual.’ The name Desiar is commonly pronounced and mistaken for the word “desire” which is where the brand's name is derived. Those individuals who are seen wearing Desiar Eyewear are those who demand to have their presence felt, they dare to stand out, and wish to embody the personage that is Desiar.

We, at Desiar Eyewear vow to continue to continually set new standards in innovation and creativity with each collection we produce. Along with this vow for product development, Desiar Eyewear will do our part in the world by donating a percentage of revenue from every pair of eyewear sold to a charitable organization. This collaborative effort will be called our “Shades of Change.”

“Shades of Change” is our company’s mission to make the world a better place. With this vision, Desiar will choose a different charitable organization for every collection we create and donate a portion of every product sold to that chartable organization. Our “shades” are just not about sunglasses but our gradual influence to make the world a better place. Shades of Change, it’s not just about sunglasses but actual change.
