HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package. To be properly processed, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You should ship your return with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Once your package has been received and reviewed, your refund will be processed within3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

If we have the specific pair of Desiar Eyewear in stock, shipping will go out that same day; if the order is placed before 5:00 PM EST and will arrive approximately 3-4 business days later (For US customers only / international expect longer shipping time). All orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be shipped the following day.  If the ordered item is a customized pair of Desiar Eyewear, shipping will take approximately three (3) weeks or 14 business days.
